What to Expect

1 Appointment length: 20-minute appointments.

2 Scan time: 6–7 minute DEXA scan inside the appointment.

3 Preparation: Light clothing (no metal), brief health questionnaire, wear comfortable clothing and avoid heavy meals immediately before if possible.

4 Assessment includes: body fat distribution, lean muscle mass, visceral fat estimation, and bone mineral density.

Report delivery & follow-up: Following your appointment, your results will be carefully reviewed and compiled into a detailed report. Reports are typically provided within one week and are designed to offer clear, clinically meaningful insight into your body composition and bone health.
